• We request a one night deposit and is fully refundable in case you cancel/modify your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival. ​​

• In case of "No Show" we will charge 50% of the whole stay.

• The Red Tree House can host a max of four rooms per group, with a four night minimum stay.

​

• Discounts don't apply for long term stays.

​

• No children under 8 years old.

​
