Cash and ATMs

Many of the larger restaurants and businesses accept credit cards but you will need some pesos.  ATMs are located around the corner of the house, if needed.

Children

Guests at The Red Tree House must be at least 8 years old.

Check-in

You are welcome to arrive early and make yourself comfortable and we will have your room ready as soon as possible.

Check out

Check out time is at noon (12 hrs.). We will do our best to accommodate a later check out if it is possible. You are still welcome at The Red Tree House after check out time even if we need your room.

Payment

You can pay your bill in Pesos, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Euros. MasterCard, Visa Credit, and Amex Cards are also accepted.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or interior spaces. 

Airport Transportation

• We encourage guests to schedule your arrival through Welcome Pickups, a reliable transportation company. 
   

• Our private driver Ricardo offers his own pickup service starting at $65 USD. Please send us an email if you’d like to have more information.
   

• Ride sharing service Uber works in Mexico, or you can look for the authorized taxi kiosks inside of the airport.
   

Pets

Since we have our house dogs, Booz and Romeo, unfortunatley other pets are not welcome.
